“Advanced Training Course on Strengthening Cultural Heritage Protection, Utilization, and Management in the New Era” Opened at QNU

On the morning of November 13, the “Advanced Training Course on Cultural Heritage Protection, Utilization, and Management in the New Era” opened at our university. It was hosted by Quanzhou Cultural Heritage Research Institute and co-organized by Quanzhou Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area Administrative Committee and Quanzhou Maritime Museum of Overseas Transportation.

This five-day program featured a series of lectures by renowned experts on the theory and practice of cultural heritage protection, which aimed to deepen the participants’ understanding of relevant concepts and methodologies. During the course, participants also conducted field visits to the Quanzhou Maritime Museum, the Islamic Holy Tombs, and Qingyuan Mountain to gain first-hand knowledge of the latest developments in Quanzhou’s heritage preservation efforts.
